To the Nines is one of the easier achievements in the meta. You must DPS Kyra and Signe to 10% health, this will summon Skyja to the encounter. Skyja will periodically mark three players with Fragments of Destiny. Do not dispell them, have them goto the center of the room with a healer. After three cast you should have nine total Fragments of Destiny buffs on the raid.

You must carefully dispell the each player with Fragments of Destiny to get all nine on the same person. When dispelled they jump to the closest person. Once all nine are on the same person dispell them and they will coalesce into a Shard of Destiny. Then you just kill the boss.

DPS Kyra and Signe to 10% health to summon Skyja and start the next phase.

Skyja will periodically mark people with a Fragments of Destiny debuff.

Stack everyone with a Fragments of Destiny to one spot in the room (use a marker).

Note: When a Fragments of Destiny is dispelled it will jump to the closest person.

Dispel everyone to get all nine fragments onto one person.

Once 9 fragments are on one person, dispel them so it forms a Fragments of Destiny

After that, you can kill the boss

The Nine-
To the Nines

For this boss my group decided to bring in a third tank to eas up the healing during the fight.

You start the encounter and bringing down Signe and Kyra down so Skyja enters the fight, and this is the phase where you will start working on the achivement.
Every minute or so the boss will put out set of 3 debuffs Fragments of Destiny on players, these are the stacks you want 9 on the same target.

So what my group did was
First set : Dispell 2 debuffs Fragments of Destiny on to the third tank, third person will keep his debuff.
Second set: All 3 dispelled on the same tank. at this point tank will probly take alot of damage so keep and eye on the tank
third set: Final set we need, so we dispelled all 4 Fragments of Destiny we had left on to the tank so he got up to 9 stack, wich will complete the achievement

Note: We used a third tank as stated, but i can also see it working not dispelling until you have all 9 debuffs out. So you have to choose between heavy raid damage or heavy damage on 1 tank.

Additional information from our raid yesterday:

What we find out, that the shard will only appear, when ALL fragments got dispelled onto one person. So if you already have 9 Stacks on one person, it won't appear as long as other in the raid still have fragments on them. Thats the "at least" point in the archiv. We did it with two dispellers and a third tank - we did a mixture of the tacts.
First we let 9 fragments appear and never dispelled them. As the third wave of fragments poopped up, the all went to a camp and the tank stood beside (two marks). The healer, who dispelled called out a name an that person ran to the tank, got dispelled and went away.
As the timer were pretty close to the fourth wave with only two dispellers, I would recommend to do it with 3 dispellers. It really went smooth this way.

Group Setup: 3 Tank, 4 Heals, 13 DPS

Attempting this by putting fragments on a tank, and as soon as 3 stacks get on them it immediately is dispelled. Thinking this is broken?

You must have 2 people with stacks at all times or it will auto-dispell.

I don't really understand how I can put more than 3 stacks of it on single person since at 3 stacks it will disappear.

Did this tonight with my usual community group.

Our monk mistakenly dispelled one of the first fragments in first wave (gaining 2 stacks himself), but the 3rd fragment was still safe on someone else...
2 more waves later (with no further dispels), and we had 9 stacks across 8 people, dispelled them all down to 1 person, and achy was secured.

So don't worry if you get the odd dispel early, so long as there's at least 2 people with some stacks of debuff you're fine

Even though this achievement says 9 stacks or more, it doesn't work with more than 9.
My raid had 12 stacks and it didnt work.

Duo Strat for 10.1

Setup

Healer spec that can taunt (magic dispel and sustain)
Any other spec that can taunt

Strategy
You'll want to attack Kyra and Signe as normal until Skyja enters the fight.

Skyja will put a stacking debuff on the person who has threat that will eventually cause them to no longer receive healing. Taunt off of your partner at 5 stacks just to be safe.

Once both of you have 5 stacks of the acheivement debuff (Fragment of Destiny), stand on top of each other and dispel either person.
