The NPC that starts/gives the quest is a Female Paladin Draenei by the name of 'Vindicator Palanaar', she is at 34,49 in Astranaar, Ashenvale of course.

The questgiver stands just a short distance from the Astranaar flightpath, so she's not hard to find. To get to Forest Song, follow the road east out of Astranaar.

Don't take any of the turns south or north - you'll go by Splintertree Outpost, which is a little bit of a problem if you're of the correct level for this quest. The guards there are level 40, I believe, so get ready to run hard and fast to get past them.

From there, just follow the road. You'll go by a place full of Satyr - none of them will agro, however. When you go by the Satyr place (named Satyrnaar) you're nearly there.

Follow the road a little farther, until you see a small path north lit by draenic crystals. Take that path - and tada, Forest Song, and your quest NPC. Don't worry, there's a flight path!

Under the supervision of Architect Nemos and Vindicator Vedaar, my people are revitalizing an old night elf outpost in the eastern part of Ashenvale.

The task of building won't be easy, <name>, for the challenges and enemies they face are many. I know Architect Nemos and his compatriots at Forest Song would appreciate any help they can get, and he has asked me to send any interested <men/women> his way.

Speak to me again and I will arrange for fast transport for you to their location.
