You get the quest from Ambassador Sunsorrow in the Undercity and Travel from the Sepulcher area south until the road turns east, there will be road signs leading the way just follow them. The quest turn in is at Advisor Duskingdawn at the Tarren Mill

This seems to be kinda BE only quest. Anyone can confirm it ?

I've got a 21 tauren and a 20 mage, the tauren didn't get the quest. It is a blood-elf only quest, or it might be that you have to have a ridiculous amount of rep with silvermoon.

its a good quick way to get some SMC rep real quick if you are farming for rep and already have TM flightpoint.

I can confirm this is Blood Elf only quest, have been through Tarren Mill questing with multiple toons, of all races and classes... only my Blood Elves may accept.

Travel to the Forsaken town, Tarren Mill, in the Hillsbrad Foothills to the southeast. Check in with Advisor Duskingdawn when you arrive.
