You need to be exalted with the Timbermaw Hold to start this quest.

When you turn in the quest, Magni yells:

Let it be known that <name> - Alliance <class> - has earned the undying respect of Ironforge and the Alliance as a whole. He/She has engaged in great diplomacy with Timbermaw Hold and performed valiant actions for them on our behalf. He/She has gone above the call of duty. Three cheers for <name> - a true hero of the Alliance.

Why is it such a big exp-difference between the ally and the horde quests?

9950 exp for Allies and 14300 exp for Horde?

This quest counts towards the Loremaster of Kalimdor achievement.

Because not enough allies have done it since the patch that quest xp was buffed.

Just completed it and it does give 14/15k xp.

I wonder why you go turn in the quest with magni and not tyrande...the night elves and the furbolg used to be allies, would make a bit more sence imo

I've been holding onto this quest on live in the hope for some easy Worgen rep(the whole +500 Alliance rep=awesome). Does anyone know if its simply being changed to Muradin Bronzebeard or its removed?
