This quest is very vague, but Advisor Belgrum is located in Ironforge. You'll find him in the Hall of Explorers and he'll give you the next part of the chain.

Advisor Belgrum is standing about 10 feet away from Karnik. However, they are apparently not allowed to get together and talk to each other, so they have resorted to passing notes. Enjoy your free experience.

This quest plus the following one give you a total of nearly 4k experience from taking about 6 steps back and forth. Not bad!

"Run and find him as quickly as you can..." Whew, i'm out of breath from not moving... If you stand in the middle of the two, you can ALMOST do both quests without moving :-P. Apparently the advisor didn't see and listen in on Hammertoe's spirit sitting right next to him...

Sometimes, quests make you want to rip out your hair and yell "Why!"
Other times, they just make you want to scratch your head and say "Why?"
I much prefer the latter.

This quest was hillarious ^^ The other dwarf was/should probably be located elsewhere. But what the heck. I'm not complaining. Counts towards loremaster =)
