48.32 are the approximate coords.
There are three 54/55 surrounding where you need to place the termites. They aggro very easily when you strike one of them.
At 53 rogue/night elf I sapped the closest to it.. then placed it and completed/accepted the quests while taking on attack. Ran like a little girl after completion.

For sure rogues are little girls :)

Did it as a lvl 53 warrior pulled the guys outside one by one and charged inside full retaliation and kicked their sorry asses. The 59 guy is the only thing you should be aware of.

This was really easy :), i just pulled one at a time and killed them, then i put the barrel on the create :) The create etc is at 48,32, north WPL :)

Sadly, there is no Termite zerg, the barrel simply despawns. Ah well :(

This one still had me puzzled for a little while until...

As you enter the mill from the front entrance you walk forward and go down a short ramp. At the bottom of this little "rampette" there is a box. You simply click on the box and it will ask you if you want to release the termites. Job done.

So dont do what I did and walk round in circles click the barrel in my inventory, trying to work out how to put it down.

ok first of all daikota is correct, second of all , no1 here gives a rats ass on how u did the q or how " strong" and ^&*! u are , we only care to know HOW to do it :\

Just to clarify further: You don't have to find the crowbar and open the barrel. You just place the barrel and accept the third quest. The barrel will still be in your inventory, and all you have to do is go back and turn it in.

Slightly northwest of the lodge is the beginning of a quest line that asks you to kill 8 Scarlet NPC's in the immediate area - may be one you want to pick up since you're there.

The quest still tells you to look for and use a crowbar, but you there is no crow bar. Don't worry about it. Once the barrel gets all green and spewy you can go. I put the barrel up and looked for the dang crowbar about 10 times before I gave up. Just put it up, return to quest giver. Forget the crow bar.

Part one: Just go to Plaguewood in Eastern Plagueland, the large Termite mounds will sparkle, go to them and collect the termites. Return to quest giver, plane and simple. And yes, this quest DOES count toward Loremaster. Part two, release the termites at the mill. Part 3 return to quest giver. All three count as Loremaster credit so...... 3 quests down, X to go.

Release the Plagueland Termites in the Northridge Lumber Mill, then return with the Barrel of Plagueland Termites to Nathaniel Dumah at Chillwind Camp in Western Plaguelands.

You look around the lumber mill for something suitable to open the barrel with. You find a crowbar that looks like it will do the trick.

You set your feet and pray that you'll be able to get out of the mill before the termites get to you.
