"Save Hati" Campaign Created on the Official Forums

has created an unusual petition on the Official Forums:
to Save Hati!
But what is Hati and from what does it need to be saved from?
What is Hati?
For those unfamiliar with
Trovão Titânico
, the Beast Mastery Hunter weapon, when you unlock it, you travel to
Picos Tempestuosos
after the ancient weapon, meeting and aiding
Thorim
and his companion
Hati
in the process. However, during this mission,
Hati
is fatally wounded. In order to save his companion's life,
Thorim
asks you if he can bind
Hati
to your weapon, so he can live and fight through it.
Ever since then, Beast Mastery hunters have now two different pets, their normal ones and
Hati
. For the many different players that play the Hunter class because of the plethora of pets available, this was a huge deal as you now have access to not only one pet at a time, but two.
It doesn't end there. Hati, like Feral Druids with
Forma de Felino
and Guardian Druids with
Forma de Urso
, gains different models and textures based on your current Artifact tint, giving it a wide array of customization options. To top everything off, once you reach level 110,
Mimiron
visits you at your Class Hall, offering you a quest to start a small chain to obtain
Trocador de Essência
. That item allows you to make Hati look exactly like your current active pet and changing pets does not change his appearance. Essentially a "pet transmog" for Hati. With that, you can bring your favorite pet with you twice, or even your top 2 favorite pets with you at all time!
What is Hati being saved from?
Ever since introduced back at Gamescom 2015, we already knew that the plans for Artifact Weapons were so that they would stay only during Legion, that is, once Legion is over, we'd lose or get rid of them in some manner (
Which we recently discovered (Spoilers!)
). However, all different weapons have unique aspects, some may cause their wielders to grow more attached to them, because of whispers, lore value... or because they are actually alive fighting alongside you!

, the Beast Mastery hunter fits into that last category.
Leaving our Artifacts behind in Legion means that Hati will either be left in banks for eternity or even have a more dire fate during the process of losing the weapon. For that reason
Wain
is calling for Hunter and friends to unite together to show how important and attached to Hati they are, either giving a happy ending to Hati or allowing him to move beyond Legion in the Hunter's side. You can check their request in more detail on their
