Fated Mythic Castle Nathria Bosses Buffed - Health Increased by 15%

Bosses in Fated Mythic Castle Nathria have had their health buffed in Mythic Castle Nathria by around 15% today.
It's unclear if this is intended or not as Blizzard has not officially mentioned the topic.
Boss Health Buffs
It looks like across the board, Blizzard has buffed health of all trash and bosses by around 15% in Fated Castle Nathria. We've also confirmed this with Sludgefist, so it seems to affect all enemies in the raid.
Players have commented that the difficulty jump from Mythic Sepulcher to Mythic Fated Castle Nathria was only 1 difficulty spike (compared to the normal 2 difficulty spikes when going from Mythic -> Mythic), and an additional 15% buff would make the difficulty jump equivalent to 2 difficulty spikes.
This doesn't seem to be a NA or EU thing as most of the current logs are from EU (due to NA not raiding yet), but NA also has the buffed health on bosses as seen in the Shriekwing picture below, with some other examples from logs.
