Dragonflight Tier Lists Updated for December 13th Class Tuning - Rankings for Raid and M+ Content

We have updated our Dragonflight tier lists to reflect the
massive class tuning
on the December 13th reset.
Our tier lists have been updated, and we have made adjustments to the DPS Raid, Tank Raid, and Tank Mythic+ Rankings. The recommendations for our DPS Mythic+, Healer Mythic+, and Healer Raid lists have remained unchanged.

DPS Raid Rankings Updates
Havoc Demon Hunter demoted from S to A to reflect

Marksmanship promoted from C to B to reflect that it will likely be played on encounters such as Primal Council, Dathea, and Broodkeeper (strategies permitting). As one of the strongest burst AOE specs in the game with the
Munição Pesada
buffs.
Arcane Mage promoted from B to A due to the belief that they will be seen multiples of and play a significant role in important parts of encounters such as Raszageth, Sennarth, and Kurog Grimtotem.

Tank Raid Rankings Updates
Vengeance Demon Hunter demoted from A to B to reflect the nerf to self healing.

Tank Mythic+ Rankings Updates
With every tank receiving a 10% nerf across the board, the less survivable tanks are now in a tougher position. Previously, tank survival was not the biggest factor.
Brewmaster Monk rank has dropped to B from A with survivability being a potentially large issue.
Vengeance Demon Hunter rank has dropped to A from S. While it is still powerful, it is hard to place it in the same tier as Protection Warrior.
Protection Warrior still belongs in it's own tier with how unaffected it was by the minor nerfs.
Brado Desmoralizador
now reduces damage taken by 20% (was 25%).
Ignorar Dor
now ignores 50% of damage taken (was 55%).
Every other tank remains relatively the same with the nerfs.
