The hotfixes continue with some Court of Stars nerfs, massively nerfing the final boss.

Here are the Court of Stars nerfs for January 4th, 2023.

All Slicing Maelstrom damage normalized and no longer have variance (was a 5/10% variance).
Slicing Maelstrom casts by Clone and the Boss now deal the same amount of damage with the 7 yard AoE portion of the spell dealing ~83% of the unavoidable AoE.

If you handle the fight correctly (4 clones AoEs + 1 boss AoE + 1 boss 7 yard AoE), this results in a massive
34% nerf
to damage intake when capped on clones. For ranged who stand out, it's slightly less but still a big nerf.
Previously, this ability did ~600k on a Tyrannical +20 keystone over 4 seconds. Now, this ability will only do ~409k which is much easier to heal!
There's also a rumour going around that
Voragem Cortante
does falloff damage and is currently bugged.
This is not the case and has never been the case.
The damage intake for this boss is binary and you take extra damage only if you are within 7 yards of a clone and/or the boss. Most players just eat the one near the boss so that melee can continue hitting during the channel, while being more than 7 yards away from the clones.
