Pulso Arcano - Deals (200% Attack Power) Arcane damage to nearby enemies every 2 seconds and snares them by 50%. Lasts 20 sec.

Racial Passives:

Afinidade Mágica - Increases magical damage 1%.

Void Elves

Racial Passives

Abraço Entrópico: Your abilities have a chance to empower you with the essence of the Void, increasing damage and healing done by 5% for 12 seconds. 60 seconds cooldown.

Lightforged Draenei
