This item is used as a turn-in for Pally, Priest and Warlock Tier 6 shoulder pieces. It should NOT be in the "Junk" category.

Recently been taken out of the game completely, most likely an unknown bug.

The vendor for the T6 chest, helm, shoulder, leggings, gloves is inside of the Hyjal raid.
The npc is Tydormu .

Turn the boots, bracers, belt tokens in at Isle of Quel'Danas.
NPC name is Theremis and is located in Sun's Reach Harbor on the boat.
