Garrison Town Hall Daily Quests

Getting the Quests

There are five categories of Town Hall quests--dungeons, raids, bounties, relics, and professions.

It's random which of the five categories you have at your Town Hall each day--but within that category, everyone in a region gets the same quest on that day. For example, your friend could have an Auchindoun dungeon quest, while you have an Ore Trader. Nobody on your region for that day will have an Herb Trader--if they have a Profession NPC spawn, it will be the Ore Trader.

In addition to accessing the daily quest in your personal Garrison, you can join Group Finder to pick up different dailies. Search the Custom area in the Group Finder, and once you've been invited to the group, click on your character portrait and select "Instance Options > View Leader's Garrison" to see their questgiver. If you do not have a level 3 Garrison but visit a friend that does have one, you will see their level 3 Garrison including the Town Hall.

Daily questgiver NPCs only spawn in Level 3 Town Halls, so you need to be level 100 and have an upgraded Garrison to spawn a questgiver.

If you scour the Group Finder long enough, you can pick up all four dailies, plus the raid weekly if you haven't done it yet.

Level 90+ players without a Level 3 Garrison can complete Profession dailies and purchase new recipes via the Group Finder.

Dungeon quests do not give you ilvl 630, 645, or ilvl 655 gear. Carregamento de Recurso da Guarnição is unused, you simply get +175 resources.

Bounty quests do not give you a bag with Apexis Crystals, ilvl 645, or ilvl 655 gear. Pagamento da Caçada is unused and you simply get more gold from finishing the quest than you did during the beta.

All Relic quests do not give you a bag with Apexis Crystals, ilvl 645, or ilvl 655 gear.

Heirloom items like Moeda Draenoriana com Erro are not acquired from completing daily quests. In addition, the quests needed for Moeda Draenoriana com Erro are not repeatable, but one-time quest chains that start from your Level 3 Garrison.

No daily quests reward items that can be used to summon world bosses to your Garrison. The only source for these items is Caixote de Espólios do Invasor Expulso from Invasions. While the official patch notes do state "Platinum rating has a chance to award a level 645 or 660 item and a chance at obtaining an item that can be used to summon a raid or world boss," users can get the items to summon bosses on all difficulties.

2nd day of 6.1 ,hadnt shown up yet

Comentário de Alfa

Got the same Harrison Jones daily as yesterday, figured it would've not repeated..

Comentário de BrightBrown

Except, today Blizz nerfed Bounty & Relic missions... blue said:

Follower Missions
Relic and Bounty missions are no longer being offered.

Sooo, what about the "summon a world or raid boss" thing? Is that a weekly thing that randomly spawns... is it a yellow so you CAN take a few days to get folks to join you, does a taken quest like that automaticallt de-spawn on reset day?

Comentário de 1448740

Relic and Bounty missions are no longer being offered.

So what is the point of doing bounty quest now? If its just gold, then its not really worth it.

Relic gives us the follower and once we get it, whats the point of doing that too?

Kind of nice having those mission pop up but if they are taking those away from doing those dailies, then what is the incentive of doing the same dailies again?

Comentário de Allyz

Interestingly every one of these daily missions can be completed twice per day. When the quests are reset at 3 am, so is the quest every npc has to offer. But the npc itself only resets after you have left the garrison so it can still be accepted after 3 am if you stay near the townhall.

Comentário de Malfious

It appears daily dungeon quests get removed from your log if you didn't do it the day you picked it up

Comentário de blindcoyote

Seems to me that once your gear beyond the 655 level there is really no point in doing any of the quests. That is, as far as getting gear. Achievements: meh...

Do not have the trader in one of your level 3 Garrisons or need to have your profession learn the new recipes? There are very nice people that open up their Garrison that day for access to the trader to everyone for free.

Be in your garrison with the mats you want to buy Primals or recipes with. If the recipe needs 60 starflower, better have 60 starflower in your bags, heh. Their garrison will probably have a storehouse with access to your bank or to the guilds bank but its better to be prepared beforehand.

Go to Group Finder.
Select Premade Groups.
Select Custom.
Select Find a Group.
Pick a group that has your trader in it. I usually select a group that has auto-invite.
You will be asked what role you want to play. Just pick one.
You will join the group.
On your portrait in the top left corner, right click on it. In the (long) dropdown, you will have "Visit the Leaders Garrison". Select that. You will have a loading screen and then be just outside the nice person's garrison.
Travel to the trader in the doorway foyer of the main hall. Get your goodies. Thank your host. Leave the party on another right click to your portrait. Once more click on your portrait and select "Visit my Garrison".
TADA!

Comentário de Reddervish

There appears to be a bug with the Trader NPC's, or at least with the alliance ore trader. 255 appears to be the maximum primal spirits the trader will give you. However, she will take all the ore's for the number of trades you requested using the shift-tab pulldown menu.

ie: request to trade for 400 primal spirits, she will take 400x5=2,000 ores, but only give you 255 spirits.

fyi 255 is the max value of an 8bit integer (numeric field)

no error is reported in-game.

I've filed a bug report today.

Is there anywhere I can find a list of which part of the Relic Hunter achievement is associated with which Treasure Contract quest? Nobody seems to have thought to make a reference for that yet that I've seen, and it would be a bit of a time saver to know from the initial quest title if I've already done that part of the achievement and don't need to waste my time repeating it.

I didn't see this in the guide but in order for someone to view the profession trader the PARTY/RAID LEADER MUST BE IN THE GARRISON or it will not show. Had a hard time figuring this out

Comentário de Wyr3d

~~Can someone update this for 7.1 please?~~ never mind, I effectively did it...

As half the information in the above "Guide" is now inaccurate or obsolete due to changes over the last few patches, I have gone through and reorganised everything to make some actual sense. Hopefully the OP will later update the information accordingly, and ~~strikeout~~ or delete information no longer relevant:

Profession Quests - these are offered by faction traders that appear in your Garrison Town Hall. They are on a repeating rotation of Ore > Dust > Fur > Leather > Herb so only one with be available at a time. The traders, and respective recipe types are listed below:

A Bit of Ore - Ore Trader Trixxy/Alexi (Blacksmith/Engineer/Jewelcrafter goods)
Herbs Galore - Herb Trader Nicholas/Samantha (Alchemist/Inscription goods)
Raw Beast Hides - Leather Trader Zeezu/Jake (Leatherworker goods)
Some dust - Dust Trader Rath'thul/Ismae (Enchanter goods)
Sumptuous Fur Fur Trader Calvo/Dorothy (Tailor goods)

Dungeon Quests* - these are offered daily by the faction quest-giver Saurfang/Muradin that appears in your Garrison Town Hall instead of a given trader at random. All these quests have now simplified names as per the specific dungeon:

Aucindoun
Bloodmaul Slag Mines
Grimrail Depot
Iron Docks
Shadowmoon Burial Grounds
Skyreach
The Everbloom
Upper Blackrock Spire

Raid Quests* - these are weekly quests offered in addition to the dailies by Saurfang/Muradin when they replace a trader for any day that week. Some of these quest names have changed, so the full list is below:

Arcane Sanctum Koragh
Blackhand's Crucible - Blackhand
Destructor's Rise
Imperators Rise - Imperator Margok
Iron Assemby - Admiral Garan
Maw of Souls
Pits of Mannaroth
Slagworks - Heart of the Mountain
Temple of Tyranny
The Black Forge - Kromog
The Black Gate
Walled City - Brackenspore

Relic Quests - these are offered by Harrison Jones that appears in your Garrison Town Hall instead of the traders at random. Only the initial six are still active, and the rest have been removed so ignore them.

Amulet of Rukmar
The Articifer
Explosive Discoveries
The Thunderlord Sage
Gutrek's Chopper
The Infected Orc

Bounty Quests - these are offered by Shadow Hunter Ty'jin that appears in your Garrison Town Hall instead of the traders at random. There are six quests available. The "Wanted" quests which completing these previously unlocked have been removed, so ignore them

Death to: Amethon
Death to: Gorthul
Death to: Hivelord Ikrix
Death to: Tremor
Death to: Undertow

The final quest comes in two possible versions, depending on ? The first is the standard version, the second is given if you have the Blood Champion title.

Death to: Nullifier Darkoor
Death to: Nullifier Darkoor

Finally, the coin in the PTR notes is not a heirloom item. It's a soulbound item that drops when on a specific set of quests given by this dwarf/undead but this is unrelated to the Garrison dailies

Comentário de OwlGirl

Before Legion there was an ovewiev over what's in the Garrison today in the rigth hand sidebar. I cannot find it any more. Does it still exsist, and if yes, then where is it?
