No. You can't, or atleast no longer can. Tested on live as of the 5th of February 2019.

The tab for the Lightning M+ build is broken and not showing, same goes for the Cleave tab of the Raid Lightning build.

I've made a slight variation on Raiding "Lightning" Build - Pure Single Target and would like to have your (and the writers') opinion on it.
In stead of Elemental Blast, i'm going with Primal Elementalist which mainly means that i'm using Earth Shock > Lightning Bolt (= Surge of Power 2x every Frost Shock).

Reason 1: During raids you need to move often and you don't want to interrupt the long cast of Elemental Blast
Reason 2: Elemental Blast has a CD of 12 sec so we can only benefit from Surge of Power every 12-14 sec.

Main rotation takes about 30 sec :
- Icefury + Refresh Flame Shock
- Frost Shock (1)
- Earth Shock > Lightning Bolt > Lava Burst
- Earth Shock > Lightning Bolt > Lava Burst
- Frost Shock (2)
- Earth Shock > Lightning Bolt > Lava Burst
- Earth Shock > Lightning Bolt > Refresh Flame Shock > Lava Burst
- Frost Shock (3)
- Earth Shock > Lightning Bolt > Lava Burst
- Earth Shock > Lightning Bolt > Lava Burst

* Every Lightning Bolt falls within the Electrified Shock buff

11.0 Prepatch.
Regarding the explanation of Fusion of Elements. After getting an Elemental Blast off, it does not seem to trigger Echoes of Great Sundering and thus not receive the 20% extra Earthquake damage compared to a normal Earth Shock proc. Not sure if it's me doing something wrong but have been testing again on a Training Dummy.

But staying on the Fire trend there doesn't seem to be a direct alternative for this talent other than Everlasting Elements and Earthen Rage. For now , I'll keep going by this build and see how it further works out for me!

Do not take chain heal on the shaman tree in M+, it is SO not worth it, and when it comes down to it your healer should be worrying about hard casting AoE heals. I highly recommend taking totemic surge in its place, which will help with the cooldowns of your totems, and one of our best defensives. (11.0.5)

Super confused by Healing Wave being in M+ build. Can we get some explanations why the talent tree looks like this? Why Primordial Wave without EoGS? What does a buff to Earthquake have to do with lack of Flame Shock damage bonus? Also not playing Splintered Elements in EoGS build? Isn't it one of the strongest talents ever for elemental? And how about stat breakpoints? 30% haste still a thing? Is there a cap for Mastery with the new priority?

Funny to see chain heal chosen for M+. Surely something like tremor totem, purge, planes traveller, poison cleanse, or hex would be better?

All class guides on here are wacky, incomplete, contradictory to their author's own words. Frustrating and disappointing. Don't get me started on euro-trash once great icy-veins - This one for example, he lists 6 builds yet only tries to explain one, and on that one (general) he states to use earth shock in the opener, yet no mention of earth strike is in the build, it's not there, unless it gets shadow updated while I'm writing this. In the patch certain talents have just disappeared or moved but not mentioned by blizzard anywhere, so no not all the authors fault.

All of this hoopla in Wowhead News about Torrente a Jato and I haven't seen a single talent build that utilizes it. What would you drop to pick it up?

The hero talent guide under "Spec Basics" states "Stormbringer wants you to run Surge of Power which becomes very important in trying to abuse the power of Arc Discharge and Tempest itself. "

However, all of your builds (Including Stormbringer builds) choose Aftershock and not Surge of Power.

Which is correct?

So the single target with cleave says it's supposed to have the liquid magma totem on but the totem is not built at all into the talents

I had a quick question. On the ST build when taking Storm Infusion talent. I see there was no change to the node above it. Does Storm infusion still work without changing Elemental Resonance over to Thunderstrike Ward?

Hello, I think the SB mplus build should be changed. I have tested the lightning rod talents and took the points off of the voltaic blaze cd 2 point node and LR is like 16-20% of my damage and I could sustain 70k+ on dummies and the suggested build you have only sustained 63k on multiple 5 min tests. Thoughts?
