You can liberally use your control abilities to stop incoming damage, including Aprisionar, Nova Entrópica, Signo da Aflição, Signo do Silêncio, and Signos Céleres.

If you need more ST damage for bosses, you can always swap talents before each encounter, and then back to the standard spec afterwards. You can even swap to Havoc if you don't feel like you have enough damage.

Focus on doing mechanics over everything else, since Sanity drain is more likely to end your run than anything else.

Horrific Vision of Stormwind

Visão Espectral is incredibly useful here until you know where all the stealthed enemies are. Knocking them out of stealth will prevent you from getting stunned.

Retirada Vingativa can remove the slows applied on you, making it easier to avoid mechanics.

Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar

Aprisionar can help you sneak by enemies you don't want to waste time fighting, allowing you to complete objectives more quickly.

Save some burst for Thrall's Gritos do Caos. If you can't break his shield you will likely fail the run.
