No. Blizzard wants you money, they don't really care if you play or not.

Migrate to Asia, China more specifically.
They employ the hours system, meaning you pay for a time limit instead of monthly fees.

In Korea you most often use Internet Cafes and pay by 30/60 min.
The cheaper rates are about ~50 cents - dollar/hour while the expensive rates can go up to 3-6 dollars per hour.
The common rates are 1-1.5 dollars per hour.
at 50 cents per hour, if you played 2 hours a day, that's 60 dollars for 60 days.
at a dollar per hour, that's 120 dollars.

That would be like asking for money back on a Cable TV bill because you didn't turn on your TV that month...

I kinda agree that I would like to see a pay as you play system. I guess it would be a bit like cell phones with different packages. So much for an unlimited plan and then maybe some lesser plans that cut you off after so many hours and then pay as you go plans. I think it could work except like someone already said, Blizzard could really give two craps about any of us. They want our money with not much in return. If they think they will loose one cent by providing us with something we actually want they are not going to do it.

IThey want our money with not much in return.
really?
cause last time i checked, blizzard gave me the greatest gaming experience i've ever had. . .and a game they constantly update in return for my money.
--edit--
and what's with all this blizzard QQ'ing?
maybe it's just me, but i've never understood it.
people are always QQ'ing about how blizzard is greedy and don't care about the players.
why? because they do weekly maintance? because they balance specs/classes as needed (nerfing)?
i just don't get it.
i've only been playing for a little over a year, but i'm impressed with blizzard myself. they provide me with an amazing game, and they update the game with new content on a pretty regular basis. sure the weekly maintenance sucks, but i don't think blizzard sucks because of it.
okay i'm done QQ'ing about all the QQ'ing.
