The trend of responses feels strange to me. How do you manage to communicate effectively over text?
Without being rude, is it just a girlfriend thing to end up talking on the phone more? I'll be honest, I'd talk a lot less on the phone if I didn't have a girlfriend, although I still catch up with one of my best friends from uni via phone frequently.

I think the answer is Skype. I'm not sure if that counts as a phonecall, though - because if it does, I spend a lot of time on the phone. But yeah, more or less the only person I regularly call is my girlfriend; but she doesn't live that far away (relatively speaking), so I can always drop by if something urgent's up.

I'd classify that as a phone call, especially if you're using your mobile to call on Skype. But it might not count in Elhonna's view of what the question was.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Squishalot##DELIM##

I probably make/receive 30 calls on average a day. Most of it work related.

# 85- What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
For me, it's set my alarm clock ahead another 20-30 minutes, and go back to a light doze. It takes me a solid 20 min to get myself to really wake up.

I look at my clock. I see numbers. I know the numbers mean something, but I'm not sure what. I know that the meaning of the numbers is important, and that I should care.

If I'm alone, it's the above.
If my girlfriend is over, it's usually to carefully get out of the bed without waking her.

The first thing I do the moment I set one foot out of the bed is pet my cat :P
She has some sharp ears, and when she hears me dragging my feet out of bed she bolts out of her little basket and comes running to the little table next to my bed and starts purring :P
I do another dozen things before waking the kids and preparing for work but the first thing is always stroke my cat for a few minutes.

Force myself up and open my windows, feed the cat if she's not been fed, maybe get some food for myself or go on the PS3/computer or shower, depending if I've got work or not. It's very exciting.
