We have been wiping on 10man toc faction champs for 3days now..
The boss setup is:
Resto shammy
Resto Druid
Shadow Priest
Arms Warrior
Ret Pally
Warlock
Last week we 2 hitted the boss with diffirent setup
Now we can barely get 1 healer down
Is it something about our tactic?
We tend to cc the shammy and nuke druid down asap,
then moving to the spriest because hes literally tearing us in pieces, after that we go for the shammy because we run out of CC(dimishing returns)
But by the time we get the spriest to 50% ish hp we have lost atleast half of the raid
Any tips or tactics you have found to work against these?

A more detailed explanation of the tactics you use and timing might help us to help you.
Get a tank or melee to kite/cc at least one of the melees, and if possible take them far away from the rest of the raid. This should diminish incoming damage on your raid and chances of getting gibed by a short focus of both melees.
Dispell (a shaman dps is quite nice for that) hots and whatever other buffs there are on your main target. Mass dispell their heroism if you have a priest. Take out totems (windfury and healing especially)anytime you can.
Know who will be your next target. It's fine to lose 1-2s to cast a CC when switching targets but hesitating on the next focus is deadly.
You can either burst the healers down first and then hope to have enough CC/survival for your team to still be alive afterwards (is probably easier when your dps is somewhat lower), or burst a dps first to lessen the pressure on your team before getting to the healers (probably easier when you have specs allowing you to CC the healers long enough and high dps)
Try to use aoe fears and other things like that, as well as all trinkets/CDs that you can to burst the first target down ASAP. People should cast a fear/root/cyclone/... on anyone looking dangerous anytime they can while still burning down the first target. It's a balance to reach between how long you are going to be able to keep the other healer locked, CCing the other team enough to stay alive (and move out of #$%^ if needed) and dps race. Ideally, you shouldn't have anyone dead by the time you kill their first guy though it can happen with a bit of bad luck.

If you have an offensive dispeller in your group (e.g. shaman or priest), focus their shaman first. Have the offensive dispeller remove Bloodlust/Heroism and the druid's HoTs. After he dies, move to the DPS and knock a couple down - don't forget to either have the tree druid locked out/interrupted/silenced/banished, or remove his HoTs from the current burn target. After you have 2-3 DPS down, turn to the druid and eliminate him. It's game over after.

As a healing priest I found it very difficult to mass dispell because the spell would miss a lot. Missing = pain if they cast blood/hero and you can't remove it. Maybe putting on some hit items would help here. We wiped 4 times before we finally got it right and made it without anyone dying. We took out healers first btw.
