Macro for priest (tricky?)

Sounds pretty tricky to me. My macros consist of /lol /cry /sigh and other similar ez mode macros. As you can see I'm not a big macro fan. Not that I wouldn't use them if I new how to construct them and how I could benefit from using them. I have a Razer Naga mouse so condensing buttons isn't really all that necessary.

My biggest concern if I use macros that I won't use spells when they immediately come off cd because I can't see them on my bar any longer.

A macro can't check health of target, or much of anything really. For good reason.

Use modifier macros to free up action bar space.

I'm not sure I understand what fills up your action bars. We have VT, SW:P, MB, MS and MF as rotational abilities (+level 90 talent), then we have DP and SW:D to use when available, so 7 abilities total - of all the classes I play, only my blood DK has fewer rotational abilities to keep track of.

For me its
½:DP
1: MF
2: SW:P
3: VT
4: MB
5: MF
7:L90

and macroed SW:D to my mouse thumb button (because thats where I usually place my executes)

The only problem now is that I don't see SW:D activation and missing execute range often. Even though I have marks on the bar.
