Earning Past/Old Hunter Tomes

I am having a really hard time figuring out what I need to do in order to earn the old tome(s).
At the moment Ii am trying to get the Feathermane taming ability.

The information I can find says I need to earn 3 achievements doing the class quest-lines in Legion.
It looks to me like it's saying I have to do these on 5 characters before I can get the tome of ?

All of the guides are showing the quests I need are now obsolete and I am having trouble finding anything that I currently need to do.

Can anyone help? I am VERY confused.

I did the hunter quest line up to the point where I am at Trueshot Lodge
I have found Pan, but she has nothing in her inventory to sell me yet.

You need to complete the achievement Violando a tumba, after that go to The Broken Shore and find Nimi Casteluz who should give you the quest Bilhete dourado which leads to obtaining the class mount. After completing those steps Pan, a Mão Gentil should have the book available to buy for 1000 Recursos da Ordem.
