Also, I think Garrosh may become a more efficient commander. Nuking the village means you can't take it over as a stronghold.
While true, Garrosh killing the commander responsible for the destruction of the village shows he had not intention of dropping the bomb - literally.

I believe that Garrosh to Grom is like what Renault was to his father Alexandros Mograine. Alexandros was a noble man at it and the ashbringer, but his son was a cowardly bastard and murderer. The son does not always reflect the father, and that does both ways either good or bad. Just because Garrosh is Groms son does not mean he will act with the same honor and code of conduct Grom did.Except you know.... Renault was manipulated and corrupted by Balzannar into doing that, same as most of the other higher ups of the Scarlet's, though they were still all a bigoted group.

Garrosh is more like an even more foolhardy version of Grom.
At the moment at least; possible he'll change at some point, Grom himself did, three times in fact: What he was like when he first drank the blood(volunteering to be first), then his time during Lord of the Clans where he was a solid planner and thinker, then drinking the blood again and going ape$%^& in Ashenvale ending with his heroic sacrifice.
