For new characters that have not unlocked the Shadowlands flight paths.

Crate 11: Final crate. Travel to Maldraxxus (Shadowlands). The crate is located on top of the Seat of the Primus. /way 49.99, 73.81. You don't need to be part of the Maldraxxus covenant.

If you take the portal from SW or Org you will get to Oribos, but you have no access to other zones and their flight paths, so you can't just fly to Maldraxxus.

Alliance: Go to SW, at the entrance of SW keep you will find the NPC Darion with the starting quest line to go to Shadowlands (it's not form the Hero board) .
Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons
Click to accept the quest, you can skip the intro since you've done it before on another toon. Then you'll get sent to Obribos, from there you will speak to Highlord Bolvar Fordragon Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons. He will send you on a short questline to Brill, do the few quest's and then you will get a portal to take you to Maldraxxus, at the House of Rituals, click to accept the quest there. There is no doorway/hallway out of the room, you have click on greenish flame portal, when you mouse over it will say hostile, but you can use it to get outside. Click on it and it'll port you outside. Now you can fly to the Seat of of the Primus to go open the box, and also go back to the House of Rituals if you wanted to finish that quest.
