These do not Drop Barter Brick or Barter Boulder they can be found in Smelly Treasure Chests, which can be unlocked on Renown 11. The Smelly Treasure Chests are Treasures within Zaralek Cavern which have to be dug out from Smelly Disturbed Dirt with a Sturdy Expedition Shovel or similar tool.

I had searched about 50 of these piles, found no recipies. Then all the sudden I found all 3 enchanted crest recipies within 5 piles. I had no quests or rep completed on this alt.
Easiest way is just to fly around looking for the icons on your map.

What is the respawn time on these? Can you loot them more than once per day? Or is it something like once per character?
