This chest is part of a pre-BfA event at Darkshore. You must have War Mode active.
Every 20 minutes approximately, a plane will fly over the map comming from the north. You can see and hear it.
He is going to launch a War Supply Crate with a parachute, which falls very slowly. When it reaches the ground it will be interactive and the first faction that can open it will have access to its contents. However, only the first player to open will receive the War Supplied.

Inside the crate there could be items of different ilvl.
So far I have seen weapons and armor from ilvl 210, 220, 225 and 250. Being possible to drop items warforged.
There are reports of ilvl 265+, but I have not seen them personally.

It seems that attending the event increases the chance of being marked with the Bounty Hunted debuff.

- You can only get conquest points once a day, even from different chests and different zones
- You can get gear from a chest only once
- You can get gear from every new chest

In Dragonflight, drops in each overworld zone of the Dragon Isles at a frequency of every 45 minutes per zone per shard, and can be interacted with to claim for your faction, Horde or Alliance, becoming either War Supply Chest or War Supply Chest to match faction. The first chest of the day per character contains 100 Honor, 10 Flightstones, 60 Conquest, and 200 Bloody Tokens as currencies, plus various item loot, while extra chests contain just 100 Honor, 10 Flightstones, and 50 Bloody Tokens, plus item loot.

You can usually fly from one zone to the next and sometimes onto a third zone to farm three of these in a row, and then head back to your start zone. You have to work out what zones to go from and to though, as they are always slightly offset by a few mins, but it can be random based on how long the fight lasted before one was opened etc...

Start your stopwatch when the first one is announced on your first zone - then just make sure you are back in that zone after your crate chasing before the stopwatch gets to around 15-16min.
