she's a painter to the left of your town hall down the hill. She and a Draenai painter (who walks around), both of them are critical of their work and think they can do better.

Much like any other Garrison NPC, she will sometimes walk around the garrison and sit with other npc's and followers at any tables or in the inn as well as strike up conversations with fellow npc's and followers.

Interestingly, she shares the exact same model with Artist Renfray, a ghost lurking near Scholomance. Since she too seems to have an interest in art, perhaps a nod to this old character?

She was in my town hall staring at a painting. She occasionally says "I could do better."

She is a painter out behind your level three barracks. She sits on a chair, contemplating a blank canvas. Sometimes she examines her work hanging in the Town Hall. She is critical of herself. In addition she shares the chair and the critical painting examinations with Painter Phaeren.

She seems to be wearing parts of the Conjurer's Regalia (just the chest and legs, but not belt, boots or gloves).

If you sit in her chair outside of the town hall while she's sitting in it, she will stand and walk up to the blank canvas and state, "Time to paint my masterpiece!"

She says it multiple times if you remain sitting in the chair. The moment you get up (or after some seconds), she turns and sits back down.

Edit - The second time I tested this, as she sat back down, she says, "What should I paint... what should I paint?"

Two of her nearby paintings are of the real planet Jupiter. One is an extreme closeup of the equator, and the other has the moon Io in the foreground.
