One of the pets on a team you'll face during the Timeless Isle Pet Battles Celestial Tournament.

Stormoen is named for the actor and very close friend of Kristian Nairn (Hodor from Game of Thrones), Jake Stormoen. He and Nairn once visited Blizzard in California in 2012 where they first got to meet many of the employees. Both are very active players of World of Warcraft when they aren't busy working on TV and film projects.

EDIT: It should be noted that during early testing of Patch 5.4, this pet was originally designated to be Stormoen. That changed during the final weeks of the PTR and you can now find him here. I've opted to leave everything I originally wrote for posterity.

Ok this one is a bit obscure, I admit I had to google a bit to understand it:

This is a reference to Jake Stormoen, a friend and associate of Kristian Nairn, a.k.a. Hodor, who is referenced by Nairn, both being battle pets of Shademaster Kiryn in the Celestial Pet Tournament.
Among other things, they host a podcast called Showbiz and Welfare (kinda inactive now, though)
They're also playing WoW together, with Jake being the guildmaster of 'Winter is Coming'.

Most likely another Game of Thrones / Song of Ice and Fire reference. Summer is the name of Bran Stark's dire wolf. (The live version of this pet is indeed a wolf and not a fox as the current picture shows)
