These yellow fire spiders tend Spider Eggs in the Cavern of Endless Echoes, Valley of the Four Winds.

They are tameable by hunters.

What I did to get to tame this pet, not doing any Tillers quests, is I had the Ra'sha's Sacrificial Dagger. With it, I used the item outside the entrance, stepped past the rocks, and ressurected on the other side. Another way of doing it is using your Hearthstone and going into the Customer Support section on your toolbar, then going to the "Character Stuck!" Option. Click the "Teleport to Graveyard" button, and with it, as long as your Hearthstone is on cooldown, it will kill you after a few seconds. Then you just walk in and ressurect on the other side. Hope this helps.

Was doing Old Man Thistle's Treasure on my main for the achivement Ain't Lost No More I seen these cool spiders and instantly thought "OH MAN I WANT ONE" headed here because I straight away knew I wasn't going to get into the cave on my hunter without the quest, and it's locked behind so many reputations. I read what other people were doing and where using Ra'sha's Sacrificial Dagger or the online "Character Stuck" service is good advice I would like to point out if you are just outside the cave "/way Valley of Four Winds 53, 98" fly up really high and just drop and let your character die. When you are a ghost walk inside the cave, ress and then say hello to your new spider pal! <3

I tamed two of these at the end of 2020 with an alt who had done virtually nothing other than pet-collecting in Pandaria. In particular, I had no maps or quests pointing to the cave.

I flew to 37.00 23.86, rose in the air, dismissed my mount, died, returned to my corpse, walked through the stones blocking the entrance, and revived. I tamed two of these guardian Spinners in the normal way, then made my escape with my hearthstone.

You can tame the red Cinderfangs this way, too.

To tame the orange Hatchlings, you need to stand next to unguarded eggs, wait for them to hatch, then run the tame expeditiously. To give you an idea of what expeditiously means in practice, I have a key bound to "Target", another bound to "Tame Beast", and slow reflexes. I was able to see the eggs hatch, hit "Target" and then "Tame", and the tame worked. My new pet died along with all the other hatchlings, but I just had to run "Revive Pet" like you do for any dead pet and things were fine. There are plenty of little eggs down there to practice on if it doesn't work for you the first time.
