You can only pick one when finish the quest, to get another one, play another toon and do this quest again.

Blue Mini Jouster is Breed 12 and the Gold Mini Jouster is Breed 8.

It is now possible to get both pets by doing the ‘Egg Wave’ quest and 'The 'Unbeatable?' Pterodactyl: BEATEN' achievement.

Like many of the battle pets in World of Warcraft this pet shares a moveset with similar birds. There are in fact 17 pets that share the same six moves in three different permutations.

The Imperial Eagle Chick, Rustberg Gull, Sandy Petrel, Sea Gull, Tickbird Hatchling, and White Tickbird Hatchling all have the following moveset.

lv 2 Cyclone
lv 4 Hawk Eye
lv 10 Thrash
lv 15 Adrenaline Rush
lv 20 Lift-Off

The next set of birds is Blue Mini Jouster, Cockatiel, Dragonbone Hatchling, Fledgling Buzzard, Gold Mini Jouster, Green Wing Macaw, Hyacinth Macaw, Parrot, Polly, and Senegal. These ten keep the same six moves but rearrange the second, third and sixth. One major difference with this moveset is that it places your two big cooldown abilities on the same option.

Finally, the Jade Owl shares the same six moves in yet a third arrangement. This moveset swaps the second, third, fifth, and sixth moves from the first set. Essentially leaving you with the same moveset as the second. The only difference is of course in the leveling process as to which moves you have access to first. Once you have all six moves unlocked at 20 they are for all intents and purposes the same. The major difference here is that the Jade Owl is a magic pet.

The jousting plushie on top of this condor model has some oddities.

In the pokedex, it's completely absent, showing you a plain condor.

In battle, the condor often loses his plushie, which can sit in the middle of the battlefield bobbing up and down as if still atop the condor.

The plushie seems to always be present on the main world, with this companion following you.
