These clouds appear in the Valithria Dreamwalker encounter. They are located inside the emerald dream, accessed through the Nightmare Portals Valithria will spawn during the encounter. These orbs are key to the fight.

Touching one of these clouds will cause it to explode roughly 1-2 secs later (depending on lag, mostly), doing a little cloud AoE effect. Those people in that cloud will receive the Emerald Vigor debuff, which will buff their healing by 10% per stack. Keeping this stacked up is key for the fight.

A couple things to take into account:

-The orbs take a little time to explode. If someone just FLIES through them, they will overshoot the resulting cloud and not get the debuff. WAIT, then move.

-There is ALWAYS the risk of the stack falling off the healers from portal to portal. To counter this, make sure you grab an orb when the portal phase is about to end, grab the portals as soon as they spawn, and as soon as you're inside the Emerald Dream, fly STRAIGHT UP to the orb's level, as most of the time you'll hit an orb flying right over you.

-Inside the portals, the orbs will constantly respawn in normal mode, while they will NOT respawn on heroic mode. The orbs will always respawn from portal to portal.

-Be mindful that, while the entire raid can see if the healer has Emerald Vigor or not, only those players on the SAME SIDE of the portal can see how many stacks that player has. If 2 healers enter a portal, it may appear to the rest of the raid as if they have only a single stack, while the 2 healers inside will see how many stacks each other have.
