One of many pets that is not available to be used in pet battles. Unsure as to why abilities and stats are listed, though.

If you're trying to summon this little one to visit a bank, mailbox or store, remember that some addons filter the pet journal to show only companions that can battle. To show the Gruntling, you'll have to turn this filter off, since he can't battle.

I believe the cooldown for using the mailbox, bank, or vendor is 1 hour, but I could be mistaken about that. Can someone confirm?

Are there child labor laws in Azeroth? Might explain why the kid can't fight.

Just an FYI:

You can use the Flawless Humanoid Battle-Stone on your Gruntling.

Just summon him, select him, and use the stone like normal.

It will NOT make him a fighter, but his name will be blue when you summon him (like other rare pet names appear in blue).

This works for his alliance counterpart, Argent Squire. But does not work for the Guild Page or the Guild Herald. (If you attempt to use the stone on one of these guild pets, the animation occurs, but the stone goes back into your inventory and the pet does not become rare.

If you have a Flawless Battle-Stone or Flawless Humanoid Battle-Stone, you can upgrade him to Rare quality. He still won't be able to participate in pet battles, but his name will appear in blue instead of green.

What worked for me was using all 25's and all rares of the Robo-Chick, Water Waveling and Biletoad. In that order, because I never saw them appear in any order other than Grizzle, Beakmaster and lastly Bloom.

For Grizzle, I had Robo Chick's abilities set to Batter, Overtune (used this often so I got to go first as much as possible) and Wind-up I used when Grizzle went in to Hybernation. So this made him fairly easy.

Switched to Water Waveling when Beakmaster came up. Set the Geyser first. Used Frost Shock to switch me to faster player and than used Ice Lance. When he is dead set the geyser before switching to Biletoad so that it goes off on Bloom :)

Switched to Biletoad for Bloom. Frog Kiss (which I never saw Bloom turn into a frog), Water Jet used the most and Healing Wave when needed just to keep me alive. If Biletoad died I usually had Robochick alive to finish Bloom off.

Hope this helps others! Good Luck...It was a major pain and took many tries to figure out what worked with my battle pets :)
