While the Pandaren/Grummle Endeavor is active in a Neighborhood, Luckydo's appear on the ground around your Neighborhood. They have a 2-minute respawn timer and come in a variety of appearances when on the ground, but they're all the same thing once they're in your bag. Each Luckydo in your bag gives you 5 stacks of a Luck buff (limit 100 stacks of buff). The buff won't go away until/unless there are fewer Luckydo's in your bag. Having more stacks of the Luck buff makes it easier to find Kafa'kota Berry on the ground around your Neighborhood.

Donate 5 Luckydo's to Brother Cloudbluff to gather Kafa'kota Berry while rock climbing:

If you reach the top and there were still some berries left, just hop back onto a rock and continue. (I tested it to be sure.)

Ride the Overkafanated Gryphons or Overkafanated Wyverns at the top of the rock climbing hill.
