While the Pandaren/Grummle Endeavor is active in a Neighborhood, Luckydo's appear on the ground around your Neighborhood. They have a 2-minute respawn timer and come in a variety of appearances when on the ground, but they're all the same thing once they're in your bag. Each Luckydo in your bag gives you 5 stacks of a Luck buff (limit 100 stacks of buff). The buff won't go away until/unless there are fewer Luckydo's in your bag. Having more stacks of the Luck buff makes it easier to find Kafa'kota Berry on the ground around your Neighborhood.

Neighborhood Tasks

Use Kafa'kota Berry to speed up Brother Hardpack's Delivery Yak:

Alliance Founder's Point /way #2352 51.2 38.6 Brother Hardpack
Horde Razorwind Shores /way #2351 55.6 57.1 Brother Hardpack
Requires 100 stacks of the Luck buff.
Use vehicle buttons to feed berries to the yak.
A few Luckydo's fell out of my bag along the way every time.
Riding over purple puddles slows you, over red berries increases speed.

Donate 5 Luckydo's to Brother Cloudbluff to gather Kafa'kota Berry while rock climbing:

Alliance Founder's Point /way #2352 44.4 50.5 Brother Cloudbluff
Horde Razorwind Shores /way #2351 61.8 66.5 Brother Cloudbluff
If you reach the top and there were still some berries left, just hop back onto a rock and continue. (I tested it to be sure.)

Ride the Overkafanated Gryphons or Overkafanated Wyverns at the top of the rock climbing hill.

Alliance Founder's Point /way #2352 43.7 51.8 Overkafanated Gryphons
Horde Razorwind Shores /way #2351 62.2 67.4 Overkafanated Wyverns

Use Kafa'kota Berry to obtain Kafaccino from Cousin Shortkaf then wake up Sleepy Residents:

Alliance Founder's Point /way #2352 52.9 37.7 Cousin Shortkaf
Horde Razorwind Shores /way #2351 54.1 56.1 Cousin Shortkaf
Trade 5 berries at a time to Cousin Shortkaf to receive one Kafaccino per trade.
Find a Sleepy Resident nearby, talk to them and give them a drink.

Note: You will earn House XP, Community Coupons, and Adventurer Dawncrest after your toons do these activities. The count is shared between toons, and the more times you do them, the less of a reward you receive.
