Looted from the Burbling Paint Pot treasure near Sarlene Belayon and her painting in Eversong Woods. The Burbling Blob of Paint has an Use effect, but returns a misleading error when you try. I hope they'll change that, since it's only about the location and you have to be in (the nearby) water to be able to use it and get Dali added to your Pet Journal. Burbling Paint Pot is located in the Eversong Woods zone and contains Burbling Blob of Paint loot

For those of you who went to this location and couldn't find the jar of paint (Maybe you looted it and didn't realize what to do or weren't paying attention), I had to go to the location on a new toon that hadn't quested in the area yet. The jar was there and I was finally able to get my Dali pet!
