Found at /way #2346 42.0 10.2 Lime Roboclucker

To get there, go over the roof of the Bilgewater HQ (main big building) using the stairs on the outside of the building, into the courtyard. At the back there is another building (Exotic Animal Shop from the wedding questchain) - go through the door at the back, it's the only way you can get to this area.

Get to the top of the building at 40.00, 22.60 (the NPC Ragzy Cashgrab is located on top of the building.) From there walk through the door at 40.69, 12.43 and then to the door in back of the room
and go out into the courtyard where they spawn

Only 2 spawn at this location at a time (respawn in about 5 minutes), and they're usually not battle pets, but normal critters.

You're MUCH more likely to encounter them in a backline throughout the entire zone, rather than spend a lot of time waiting for respawns.
