Will be tamable in Midnight. You will need to use a Radiant Echo (have two to be safe) to access the Worldsoul Memory: Primal Predators event in The Ringing Depths.

You have to cycle/kill the rares to get Tor'go to spawn

Tried a targting macro didnt seem to work, just drag tame beast to a button

Stand at 54.32 68.89 for the spawn after these other rares are down.

This is the spawn order, its not random
Nalo'xic
Kiji the Stomper
Clawmother Tengi
Pterrordaxus
Metor Falls shards on the ground (dont need these to get the spawn, just s sign you are close)
Ton'kei the Fierce (he is an elite and will spawn right on you kill it)
Feign Death
then in a few seconds Tor'go will spawn
Stand at 54.32 68.89
Dont run around his spawn is not random he is always here

It takes about 4 minutes to cycle all the other rares so you will get 1 tame per try
You can get the timing down and know when to go in to buy you some extra time based on which was the last rare killed when you leave or if someone just tamed him.

This spectral devilsaur can only be found when the event, "Worldsoul Memory: Primal Predators" is up, located roughly north-west of Opportunity Point in The Ringing Deeps.
The zone in which the Worldsoul Memory is active rotates daily, starting with Isle of Dorn, then The Ringing Depths, then Hallowfall, finally Azj-Kahet.
You require one Radiant Echo in order to enter the event phase and cannot use another player to access it.

You can try taming it while in War Mode; not as many people out and about.

Just got him, First try, Finally lucky. For me he was the first elite that spawned. Im on a dead server too so no comp. Good luck hunters~!~!

I boosted a hunter and wanted this pet after midnight launched. Restored coffer key shards that I got were legacy and couldn't make a key and the special world quest you get after completing 3 WQ in a zone did not give me a restored coffer key. I couldn't find anywhere to buy/get a radiant echo or a restored coffer key, even with max renown. Is this unobtainable now or am I missing something?

Radiant Echoes now seem to have a chance to drop from any delve chest, simply spam any TWW delve at tier 1 to stock up. If your hunter is lower leveled or slightly undergeared you may have a hard time cycling the rares to Tor'go within the time limit. Bring a second Echo and the rare spawn pattern should be in the same place as you left off when you re-enter. I also noted that he has a sightly less "stompy" running animation than a regular Devilsaur.
