Kill druids to force spawn this rare. I had my spawn killing mobs in the Fields of Reverie zone (62.72, 68.31), but know of people managing it with killing mobs right inside the den. Should spawn even with killing in the Scorching Chasm zone, but I can't confirm it 100% since I didn't test it yet.
In a 40-men group of almost just druids only one dropped the form glyph so... good luck to any fellow druid, you will need it :D

Killing mobs in the area around where she is known to spawn, can summon her. She will spawn after one of them /say "I will be avenged!".

Note that it's not a yell/shout so if you aren't close to the mob that is killed and yells this, you won't know that she has been triggered/spawning until she shows up.

She has a 1 hour spawn cooldown.

Around 64.82, 70.52 between one of her known spawn areas and the quest mob, if she spawns around this location she can get bugged, she will appear on the map but can't land. This will causes her to despawn. I haven't tested to see if you can try to respawn her or if this eats the 1 hour cooldown for her.

Not sure what is causing this, but RareScanner will go off for this rare, but she won't actually appear. I had my RareScanner go off, I did a lap and she was no where, not even a corpse. I asked another Druid flying around if his also went off and he said yes and that he saw her spawn briefly on the map then she just disappeared. The Emerald Frenzy is right next to the South area so I am not sure if this is affecting her spawn, but it appears she definitely can randomly bug out and possibly despawn after respawning.

I Just killed her at 62.75, 52.04 which isn't shown as a spawn point for her on handynotes, it's in the area the Splinterlimb walks around.

After spending a few days killing this rare across multiple druids, for myself at least, she spawns within the immediate area of the druids enemies you are killing. While she has a spawn point in multiple locations, I have not once seen it spawn other than the closest spawn location to where I am killing.

And over the last couple of days of spawning her she has spawned within minutes, I have not needed to spend excessive time, not fly to the other spawn locations to find her.

Seems to be a spawn that happens close to who you are killing and not at random.
