It doesn't appear to have a respawn timer before it can show up again. Killed it and not 5 minutes later another portal spawned at a different rare.

A Mawsworn Portal may appear after killing any of the rares in Korthia and it'll spawn where the rare died, after several waves of mobs, the Towering Exterminator will spawn. You can see where it's all happening by looking up in the sky, you'll see beams flying high in the air.

A Devouring Tear may also open after a rare dies, this will spawn Konthrogz the Obliterator who can drop the Rampaging Mauler mount.

Soloted as an elemental shaman ilvl 224 without too much effort.

He often cast an area spell and an avoidable canalized spell, which allows you to keep your distance. Just use any defensive CD when he actually gets to you and you should be fine.

This rare can, and has spawned in a manner which makes him nearly unkillable. Mine spawned in the rock underneath Fleshwing, making him evade every single hit or attempt to taunt him out. There is a way to kill him, you need patience and teamwork; despawn all pets, do not taunt and stack directly ontop of the rare. You will do minimal damage but he will eventually go down.

I don't know what developer came up with this model, but it appears that they either spend too much on cappuccino, or staring at the stove at Potbelly's.

Several dozen kills at least across all my characters. Not a single epic cloak mog....

For the people who still farm the cloacks, I dont know what are we going to do now with the 9.2. or for the next expansion. The Korthia will be empty, it will be extra hard to rely on "random spawn from a rare kill". They might need to add a respawn timer or something... big or not

Curiously enough, the tooltip of Effigy of Torment seems to be incorrect as it is actually increasing the damage received instead.

All Tmogs from this rare can drop for plate. Hang in there boys! Very low drop rate, don't despair, they will drop eventually.
