This is the final boss in Sanguine Depths. For Mythic+:

Piercing Blur:

This is the massive red-anima cannon blast. Stand right next to (but outside) the first blast zone that's about to take place, then immediately move into it after the blast has taken place.

This is the 4-sec cast destruction. Tank holding Zrali should pop the golden safe zone (by clicking the extra action button) immediately. Then everyone gets in the zone to survive.

This is the charge attack, arguably his most dangerous ability in M+. While you may have become proficient at handling the 2 abilities above, spreading >5 yards for this is of utmost importance to avoid losing manpower.
The boss can cast this right after Gloom Squall while you are still gathered inside the safe zone. You must spread out really quickly to avoid having multiple players eating Wicked Gash.
Groups with 2 or more melee DPS should also take extra caution, and be sure to spread out >5 yards.
Failure to spread out and having multiple players losing massive HP at the same time (due to Wicked Gash) is a top reason of wiping in M+ difficulties.
