Horde:After Landing at blood venom post take the path and hang a sharp right when the mountain ends his is in the ruins right in front of you.

To clarify his location for those of you without coordinate addons:

Traveling north on the main road, continue past the main Jaedenar entrance road (it's elevatated), past a lower portion with some slimes and green pools and turn left when the ground rises up again. You should see a few trees and a ruined temple before his telltale shaft of light appears. He is standing in the ruins.

Jadenar is a zone to the north of the neutral flight path at Emerald Sanctuary, and it's on the western side of the road (that's LEFT if you're travelling from Emerald Sanctuary). Jadenar is accessible via a typical Blizzard WoW path west of the road. You may remember quests here, barrow dens etc. but that's farther up the road then where you'll go.

Continue on the path from the road (passing by a slime pool on either side below you) until you reach a barrow den on the left guarded by Jadenar guardians (in this case a felhunter and an orc). Stop now. You will see a path to the right (north) slightly inclined and lvl 50 owls and bear mobs (not humanoids). Continue up that inclined path. At the top of this inclined path on the left (west) is a ruined white temple and your Elder. Congrats.

How to create a route for the Kalimdor Elders in Carbonite.

Click on the torch icon (Favorites) in your carbonite minimap

This brings up the notes window.

Click on the word Root on the left hand side.
Right click on the word Root.
Click on Add Folder
Name it Lunar Festival
Press Enter or click on Accept to create the new folder
Click on the new folder then right click on the new folder you just created.
Click on Add Favorite
Name this one Kalimdor Elders then press enter or click on accept.
Click on the Record button in the upper left corner of the Favorites window.
Make sure that it is red.

Enter the following lines into your chat window: (you will have to copy and paste these one at a time)

Click on Record to stop recording.

You can now Right click the Targets and rename them if you would like.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE STOPPED RECORDING!

Now you can click on the first one and Carbonite will automatically create a route for you to follow. If you are unsatisfied with the route, right click on your carbonite mini map window and chose Route then Current Goto Targets. This will redo the path from where you are currently.

Hunters might want to take the chance to tame Winna's Kitten, which used to be the formerly tiny Winna's Kitten (if you did the pre-Cata quest you poured an experimental potion on her). She's now a full-sized NEON-GREEN SABRE-TOOTHED TIGER. Not exotic, but not too many hunters have this one yet.

The Elder is actually the middle marker on the map - just east of where Bloodvenom Post used to be.

As of 1/30/2017 he is at the middle spot on the map. Coords are 38.3 52.8 Right next to the Horde tower. However for Alliance, you are in luck, there are no Horde NPCs around to kill you.

Elder Nightwind can be found in front of the northwest building in Bloodvenom Post, Felwood around 38.3, 52.9. The building has a giant archer statue on it and Nightwind is below in front of it.
