Flik can be seen running around the Darkmoon Faire. He's quite hard to catch sometimes, and you need to wait for him to stop chasing his frog before talking to him. But you don't have much time to talk to him! His soon giddy frog leaps off and Flik is after him again.

He stops mostly in the center of Goldshire, in between the Lions Pride Inn, and the house directly across from it containing the vendors. The frogs he sells are worth 1 gold, and look almost like Fliks frog. The leather ball you can toss around to other people, but they have to throw it back for you to get it back!

Correction... he doesn't stop for you, you have to get close to him so he slows down and then right click him quickly and buy the merchandise before he runs off again.

He will not slow down if you are on a mount, but I had success in druid travel form getting him to slow down.

He always runs the same path, so you just have to master it and cut corners to head him off.

The limited supply Wood Frog Box repawns in Flik's bag intermittently from what I can tell. I went back 15 mins after someone beat me to the frog, and it was available for sale again.

But then I tried again and it wasn't for sale. So maybe it is on a 15 min timer or someone just beat me to it again.

This NPC behaves similar to the Rabbit Vendor near IF.

My wood frog was sold at 12:08 am. Before he had it, he said, Hey help me catch this thing! and he did bend over prior to having it in his Buy Tab.

19 minuts is the respawn timer
If u can talk to him while running he stops for you.

You can stop Flik by talking to his frog, and they'll both stop for a few seconds.

EDIT: Also, I camped Flik for his wood frog. I first got his frog at 8:40 at night and then got it again at 8:57 so it's roughly 17-18 minutes on the restock timer.

Flik is now running around at the "Darkmoon Island", there is a portal leading there from Elwynn Forest and Mulgore.

Use the macro "/Target Flik" to find him

I just encountered him in the new Darkmoon Island at 57,64 . Still selling the same 3 items.

Flik can be found running in the woods on the Northeast side of the Fair, just north of the Injured Carnie spot. He does run through that area as well so it's a good starting spot to find him now.

His sales inventory, as of 4.3, has not changed.

As shown on the map, Flik is still mindlessly running about. The cooldown on the Wood Frog Box remains the same.

Flik is now at the New Darkmoon Faire, on Darkmoon Faire Island. He runs around behind the cooking trainer Stamp Thunderhorn and near the first aid guy Chronos he runs around the empty ring, a little through the woods, squeezes through to the sandbox with the ride on kitties and back to the first aid corner.

/targeting works pretty good, though he's not hard to find, if you know the general area.

Just catch up to him, click on him or his frog and hell act like he keeps going but he'll come back and stop for a minute.

Respawn on the wood frog is between 10-20 minutes.

To get to the new darkmoon faire, there is Darkmoon Faire Mystic Mage, in Org, by the flight trainer or in SW right outside the trade district AH, for a small fee she will port you right to the entrance.

To camp him (sort of), simply:

1. Have Flik targeted (I use /tar Flik macro after I go afk for a moment and he wanders away).
2. Put a mark on him to make it easier to spot him.
3. Enabling display of your current target on minimap helps a ton as well.
4. Have 'Interact with target' keybinded and just keep clicking it every time he moves on - your character will follow him on its own and will open the trade with Flik, so you don't even have to walk after him manually. Most of the time it works perfect, although you must keep an eye on him, because you might run into obstacles like tents.

I managed to get 3 Wood Frog Box from him within an hour this way.

He runs around the injured carnie area and sand pit, sells exactly what he did before change. I find the easiest way to find is just to stay in one spot or go the opposite way round his route as if you go the same way you are not likly to catch up unless you mount up and anyway it would be quicker as stated before. When found, click on him or frog, he might run on a bit then will walk back a bit.

The respawn time for the wood tree frog is roughly 5 - 10 mins. I know everyone else says 15-20 mins but when I first saw him and shouting something to do with frogs and found that he sold something, I checked on Wowhead. Then I made sure I was not disconnected and flipped back to wow. he suddenly ran past, I bought the frogs. I then came back here, a couple of mins later, he ran by and he had it again.

This will target Flik (or sometimes his frog since it's called Flik's frog but close enough) and put a raid symbol on him:

/tar flik
/script SetRaidTarget("target",2);

Change the 2 to whichever symbol you want:
1 = Yellow 4-point Star
2 = Orange Circle
3 = Purple Diamond
4 = Green Triangle
5 = White Crescent Moon
6 = Blue Square
7 = Red "X" Cross
8 = White Skull

To clear things up, Flik can be stopped either by clicking on his pet frog (left or right-clicking), or by right-clicking on Flik himself. Left-clicking on him doesn't seem to work, as this is the usual "talk" option, and he doesn't have anything to say to you, so it has no effect. However, as he is a vendor, right-clicking activates his vending function, and he stops.
