The Alarm-O-Dog is learnt from Rechargeable Alarm-O-Dog Battery, which is purchased from Micro Zoox, who is just outside Gnomeregan.

It costs 3 Pristine Gizmo. You can get one Pristine Gizmo per week, completing the Gnomeregan Pet Battle Dungeon Challenge. You can read more about it here.

Currently, unlike previous Pet Battle Dungeon vendor bought pets, it can be caged and bought and sold on the Auction House.
