I'm working on my tailoring and many of the silk items require blue dye. Edna Mullby has NEVER had this mat. Go to either http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=1347 or http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=5565 instead.

Her coords are absolutely incorrect on the map. She is in she shop in front of the Pestle's Apotheccary where you buy reagents. Easy to recognise the shop as it is also near to the Chees shop(onyxia quest chain sent you there). If you found the 2 guards near the AH just look around and find Stephanie Turner standing next to he entrance of the shop.

Her shop, "Everyday Merchandise", is on the corner of the street leading to the main gate. Standing at the "Hero's Call Board" in the "Trade District", face the main gate, "Everyday Merchandise" is the first store on your left.
