Not sure if this NPC was added at some time, but I've never seen her in my old DM days;
aswell a friend disconected by trying to link the gloves+trousers from an AddOn (ring droped for me).

Where I found her:
DM west, in the room where also <Magister Kalendris> is located, in the corner right below the end of the ramp heading upstairs, where Tsu'zee replaced a spot in a group of 3 from an undead usually standing there.

Abilities ...
She is Rogue like.
(Gouge, Sinister Strike ... etc.)

Her name is a reference to the British band Siouxsie & the Banshees. ;)

For those of you who's trying to solo here (like i did) she hits hard for her level (around 500 dmg on swing) and the worst part that she's not rootable as my nova / pet's nova had no effect on her. Was only able to solo here with popping icy veings twice cold snap, ice block and summoning pet 2 times (+1 before the fight).

Saw her today in DM kneeling in front of a bench not far from Magister Kalendris. If you're on the wall opposite from the boss and facing him, she's over on the right near the far right wall. I saw her for the first time today; if I hadn't accidentally moused over her, my Silver Dragon wouldn't have gone off.

I was running random dungeons with an alt and NPC scan went off while in the Gordok Commons. She was target-able but none of us could actually find her. Considering this is a separate instance from the other parts of Dire Maul I'm wondering if she moved or the NPC scan simply glitched because she was around that area (but a separate instance).

How to find Tsu'zee

1) From the Broken Commons outside of the dungeon, go to the west end of the commons. Enter either instance entrance (I prefer the right-side door where the quest givers are).

2) After entering West Dire Maul, proceed straight ahead and across the Capital Gardens.

3) Do not go down the stairs to Tendris Warpwood. Instead go to the left and enter the door there.

4) You will enter the Court of the Highborn. Follow this corridor to the NPC "Magister Kalendris"—he will be kneeling down bathed in a beam of light.

5) Directly to the right of where Magister Kalendris is kneeling, there will be three NPCs against the far wall—they will be under the stairs, and to their left there's a statue of a female Blood Elf drawing a bow. If Tsu'zee has spawned she will be right there with two normal NPCs. If she has not spawned, another NPC will be in her place. But that is the place you want to be if you’re looking for her.

NOTE: If you’re trying to get the Bloodsail Pirate uniform, she drops an identical pair of leggings that is Rare quality, which unlike the bloodsail pants, can be stored in Void Storage.

When you enter the elves wing of Dire Maul, there's a courtyard in front of you. Once you cross the courtyard, you should be able to /target tsu'zee - this'll save some time when farming her.

Seems like she has a pretty low chance to appear compared to other rares in dungeons. Based on my experience it's probably around 10-20%.

I made a macro to see if she here. This not work on the entrace but not far from it.
/target Tsu'zee

Whenever Tsu'zee spawns, she for some reason can't be initially targeted at the entrance. One have to walk a few meters forward, halfways towards the columns circling the inner area of this section of the instance. However, after the initial targeting, she can reliably be targeted from the entrance.

No, this rare doesn't patrols. She spawns as a replacement of an ordinary mob in a stationary pack.
I assume the reason for this is that Dire Maul is a that huge instance (being split into 3 separate subinstances sharing instance ID) that only NPCs within a certain range of the player spawns, and this range is a tad smaller than the range of /target.

As for spawn rarity, based on my experience I estimate that this NPC have 10% chance to spawn.
