Gearing Up in Patch 7.2
Patch 7.2 brings with it tons of new content to continue gearing your main or get that fresh alt some awesome gear to get into raiding. We have outlined here all the ways you can gear up in Patch 7.2, including Broken Shore tokens, crafted legendaries, updated dungeon item levels and more.
7.2 PTR Legendary Item Changes and Development Notes - 14 March
In Patch 7.2, underperforming legendaries will receive bonus stats or additional throughput effects to make them more appealing to players. Today, Blizzard has provided the full list of legendary changes coming in the March 14th 7.2 PTR Build. These changes include the addition of 1.5-2% baseline throughput to underperforming legendaries.
As an example of a legendary which received improvements, here's
Sephuz's Secret
. It now grants 10% movement speed and 3% haste, 70% movement speed and 25% haste when triggered, and the movement speed bonus now stacks with other bonuses.

Titanforged in Raids and the End-Game Reward System in Legion
With LFR Emerald Nightmare raid testing over the weekend, several players noticed they were getting
extremely
good rewards--the ilvl of which rivaled gear from higher difficulties. Watcher weighs in on how the end-game reward system is shaped in Legion.
All gear has a base item level, and a diminishing chance to be a higher ilvl in increments of 5.
There is a max ilvl cap across all gear--around 850 for Legion launch, and going up to 895 for Nightmare.
Gear that rolls +15 ilvls above the base or higher has the
Titanforged
designation, instead of
Warforged
. Titanforged gear ranges from +15 above the base to whatever the max ilvl cap is. So in theory, an ilvl 835 LFR item has an 0.0000000001% chance to roll a +60 Titanforged ilvl 895 version.
All max level gear is part of this system, giving players the chance to find an upgrade no matter what content they do, however small that chance is.

: Teleport to the location of a friendly player within 50 yards.
Pillars of the Dark Portal
: While you remain stationary, deep roots seep into the ground every 3 sec. granting you 50000 healing every 3 sec. stacking up to 10 times.
Koltira's Newfound Will
: Grants you the Anticipation talent. If you select Anticipation, you may have up to 5 charges.
Service of Gorefiend
: The range of Stormstrike is increased to 20 yards.
Wilfred's Sigil of Superior Summoning
: An additional 0% of healing recieved from other allies is applied over 8 seconds.
Kazzak's Final Curse
: Equip: The cost of Thrash is reduced by 20%.
Odr, Shawl of the Ymirjar
: The duration of Stagger is increased by 40%.
Acherus Drapes
: When you Dodge, Parry, or Block an incoming attack your next autoattack deals 150% increased damage.

: You may continue to fight while under Aspect of the Turtle.

: Each time you Enrage, you gain 20 Rage.
Recurrent Ritual
: Life Tap increases your Leech by 5% for 10 seconds. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
Hood of Eternal Disdain
: Upon taking fatal damage, you are returned to full health but deal 40% less damage and healing for 30 seconds. Can only occur once every 3 minutes.
Marquee Bindings of the Sun King
: You have 20% Avoidance while casting.
Magistrike Restraints
: Your special attack critical strikes have a chance to increase the Haste of you and a nearby ally by 40 for 6 seconds.
: Standing still for 8 seconds gives you Foresight, allowing you to cast spells while moving for 4 seconds.
Anund's Seared Shackles
: The radius and damage of Flamestrike are increased by 25%. When Seed of Corruption detonates, it also causes a detonation at your location. Enemies can only be affected once.
Shard of the Exodar
: Casting a spell has a chance to call down the Light of An'she at a nearby location for 15 seconds. Allies standing in the Light gain 15% haste and 15% spell cost reduction, split amongst all affected players.
Lady Vashj's Grasp
: Arcane Barrage affects an additional enemy per charge of Arcane Power expended.
: Ice Barrier may be cast while casting other spells.
Rhonin's Assaulting Armwraps
: Damage caused by Pyroblast gives 200% increased contribution to Ignite.
Skjoldr, Sanctuary of Ivagont
: Chain Lightning deals 50% increased damage each time it jumps to a new enemy.
Mother Shahraz's Seduction
: Casting Pyroblast reduces the cooldown of Combustion by 3 seconds.

: Starsurge deals 35% increased damage to enemies affected by both Sunfire and Moonfire.
Cord of Infinity
: Spawn seeds at a nearby location every 12 seconds. The seeds grow for 6 seconds before blooming, healing all allies within 10 yards.

The Instructor's Fourth Lesson
: When you cast Healing Rain, a second Healing Rain is summoned at your feet. An ally can only be affected by one Healing Rain.
Phyrix's Embrace
: Your healing critical strikes spawn a Tear of Eyir at the target's location that slowly travels towards you. When a Tear reaches you, you gain 500 Haste Rating and the cost of your spells is reduced by 5% for X seconds.
Muze's Unwavering Will
: Your single target healing spells apply Lasting Connection, increasing your healing done to that target by 5%, stacking up to 5 times. Lasting Connection is reset if you heal a different target.
[item=132451: Your Healing Wave and Healing Surge apply Receding Tides for 5 seconds. Receding Tides causes your next heal to also heal that target for 100% of the heal.
Sephuz's Secret
: While you have an absorb or healing over time effect active on a target, 3% of all damage they receive is reflected.
Rattlegore Bone Legplates
: When a non-Tank ally within 40 yards of you takes direct melee damage, you gain 100% movement speed for 4 sec.
Koralon's Burning Touch
: Your healing critical strikes have a chance to summon a Val'kyr to aid your target, damaging nearby foes and healing your target for a portion of the damage dealt.
Norgannon's Foresight

Hellfire Citadel has four difficulties: LFR (25 players), Normal (10-30), Heroic (10-30), and Mythic (20). The loot ranges between ilvl 675-735 and gear can be acquired for every slot. The gear on average is 15 ilvls higher than Blackrock Foundry loot.
All four raid difficulties do not share lockouts.
The item level requirement for LFR is 650.
The entrance is located in central
