7.2 Class Mounts: Matching Transmog, Artifact, and Battle Pet Suggestions
Patch 7.2 introduces

in the US, and goes live on September 2nd for the EU. The Wowhead team has compiled a list of our most useful guides and content to help you fly in Draenor, collect all the new mounts and toys, and more!

Patch 6.2.2 Basics
Patch 6.2.2 adds flying to Draenor, if you have completed the
Draenor Pathfinder
achievement.
Many things are easier to do in Draenor with flying, such as archaeology and battle pets.
There are
several new areas in Draenor
that are only accessible via flying, and the mobs drop unique pets and toys like
Crashin' Thrashin' Mortar Controller
.
Bonus Events
now run Wednesday - Monday and
Timewalking holidays
have many new rewards via
Timewarped Badge
.
Collecting 300 mounts rewards
Reins of the Heavenly Azure Cloud Serpent
and 200 toys rewards .
There are weekly legendary catch-up quests:
Abrogator Arbitrator
for 5
Abrogator Stone Cluster
and
Work Work Stoppage
for 75
Elemental Rune
. These are acquired in your capital Tanaan city.
There are 5 new mounts and over 10 new pets and toys in the 6.2.2 data. Not all may be collectible immediately at 6.2.2's launch, such as
Reins of the Illidari Felstalker
and
Nibbles
.

News Roundup: Blue Posts on Flying, Cat Pets Sit in Lap, Selfie Scavenger Hunt Winners
Players have been asking questions about the reasons for flying delays, and how messaging has changed during Warlords about flying. Zarhym answered a bunch of questions in early July, and another round over the weekend.
Quintessence from Warcraft Pets discovered that when players sit, their cats now sit on their lap! Simply target the cat while emoting /sit and a few seconds later it will jump into your lap.
Blizzard has also shared some of their favorite Selfie Scavenger Hunt winning entries! This contest spanned six weeks and required players to take a screenshot in a challenging area--mid-air, in an enemy city, etc.

Bashiok Provides More Information On Flying in Warlords
Community Manager Bashiok has again been waxing lyrical on the topic of flying in Warlords of Draenor. The TL;DR is as follows, but you can expand the box below to read his full post:
Flight paths will be far quicker and more efficient than they currently are.
Draenor is having max-level content zones, not just to level through but to quest through. The devs feel it's important that this content is enjoyed as it's meant to be by players, and that means from the ground.
They not intending to slow anyone down, and we’re going to make sure that players can get where they want to go efficiently through more direct flight points, and potentially
alternate travel methods
