Obtainable Artifact Appearances in Battle for Azeroth
WarcraftDevs has clarified on Twitter what artifact appearances are obtainable in Battle for Azeroth. As expected, all of them are except for the Mage Tower and Mythic +15. However the other Mage Tower tints will be obtainable after Legion.

The Mage Tower is once again ready to spawn on NA realms and this will be the very first time the

We wanted to provide an advance heads-up as you may want to hold off turning in
Legionfall War Supplies
until the building spawns later today, so you get even more reputation for turn-ins.

perk, which always provides the following benefits when the building is active:

spawns inside the Mage Tower, which contains portals leading to all other Broken Isle zones - Suramar, Val'sharah, Highmountain, Stormheim, and Azsuna.
Veiled Wyrmtongue Caches
spawn across the Broken Shore, which have a chance to contain
Legionfall War Supplies
and
Nethershard
. This can help you reach Legionfall War Turn-ins faster for reputation.
Artifact Challenges
open, which allow players to try solo challenges which unlock new Artifact Weapon tints. Check out the appearances in our

Kirin Tor Emissary and Wyrmtongue Treasure Quest Line
The Kirin Tor Emissary quest is up today, as well as the last quest for the Wyrmtongue Treasure quest line! The Kirin Tor quest will now help you with Armies of Legionfall reputation, and the Wyrmtongue treasure quest line opens up a fun vendor at the Broken Shore.

Patch 7.2 brings with it tons of new content to continue gearing your main or get that fresh alt some awesome gear to get into raiding. We have outlined here all the ways you can gear up in Patch 7.2, including Broken Shore tokens, crafted legendaries, updated dungeon item levels and more.
Patch 7.2 Artifact Preview: A Challenging Appearance
Players in Patch 7.2 can unlock new artifact appearances by completing a special Class Challenge. Today Blizzard has provided some more details on how to access these challenges--but the actual challenges remain a secret.
You will have to construct the Mage Tower on the Broken Shore to access the encounter via
Fel Treasures
. The first time you access the encounter, it will be free - but if you fail, all future attempts will cost
Nethershard
, a currency returning in 7.2. You'll also need to
empower your Artifact Weapon
and unlock the new traits before you can attempt this challenge.
After unlocking the base style through the Challenge, you can unlock other artifact tints by defeating heroic Kil'Jaeden, winning 10 rated battlegrounds, and and defeating all Legion bosses. You'll also be awarded the achievement
