It can be gotten, but it's respawn time is delaying people picking it up causing the bottleneck. Levelling is such a royal pain in the arse for modern players that few will see it through. Many people have stood there for many hours just waiting for their turn, then griefers turn up and spam click the item making it unlootable for anyone. The amount of toxicity over there is incredible and Blizzard is just ignoring it all.

For anyone saying it's easy, no it is not.
