Forever Transmog: Items Dropped in Dungeons Unlock Appearance for Whole Group

What. The. Actual... AT LEAST GIVE RETAIL THIS FOR CURRENT CONTENT RAIDS! Oh my god, the amount of needlessly stealing from low toons WOULD ACTUALLY STOP BLIZZ you have to put this on retail YOU WILL SAVE EVERY PUG, AND EVERY LFR INSTANCE and NOBODY needs to be an ass need rolling on stuff that isn't a neck or ring. PUT IT ON RETAIL PLEASE!

Comment by houbibi

I often see that and try to Need roll on the items to win it and give it to the player that actually needs it. One time some guy needed on LFR boots while having Heroic boots equipped, I won the roll and I saw him target me, probably was considering messaging me nasty stuff or perhaps even reported me.

ARE YOU TIRED YET OF WINNING?

Comment by Mightylink

Well that settles the roll for transmog argument, now there's literally no reason not to have it other than "I don't want other people to have fun."

Actually insane and gamechanger

*chars, this ain't ToonTown

Now announce RDF so the hard/soft res and rent-a-tank meta cancer is fixed.

Calling them toons is much more common than calling them chars.

Comment by BeerWolf

Seriously need to bring this over to retail, especially for LFR where practically everyone hits NEED making it the hardest place to get appearances...

Comment by Setsuna665

im sick of having to slum it in lfr to get a piece of transmog and rolling need on crap i dont need just so i can get the look. this would be a massive qol improvement

Comment by Pokdemon

why cant we just have this for raids too? There is literally 0 reasons to not let raid items also give transmog otherwise some scummy masterlooters will ninja items from pug raids for transmog.

*chars, this ain't ToonTown

Toons is 100% more common to say than chars.

Exactly. I kept seeing that argument over and over again. Now why be against it? You can toggle it so it doesn’t exist for you and rolls can’t be sued against you for trabsmog. Why will they argue against it now?

Comment by Junkhead

I wonder if this will work with quest rewards like it does currently. You get transmog for every reward regardless of what you choose.

WoW! 👌 👍

Yet another thing coming to Forever that needs to also come to retail!

Comment by AlexWaff

But it won't apply to white gear? What's more, a lot of really good white gear is technically considered cloth, even if it has little to no armor. I should be able to transmog white items even if I'm a leather wearer, when the item is "cloth"...

No. RDF = no reason to have social/make friends. Go away, stay on retail/MoP

Comment by Easo

Wow, fricking nice! This coming to retail would be a no-brainer as well, but I am sure this is carrot to be teased for the future feature.
