. Each difficulty has its own quest that needs to be completed.
How the Raid Skip Works
The raid skip allows players to skip to Coiled Altar, but players must still defeat Nek'zali in order to access the encounter. Once Nek'zali has been defeated, players can open the first door with their blood in order to enter the Twin Fangs encounter room, and then talk to
Zul'jarra
to open the door to the Coiled Altar!
After defeating Ula'tek, players can still defeat the remaining bosses, with Twin Fangs being available after defeating both Vashnik and Sszorak.

Too bad it's not a 6 month raid skip because this raid has got to be Nu-Blizzard's masterpiece.
