if they were getting abused that sucks - doing something for free/passion and releasing it to have people be nasty is awful and I wish them luck in their future things.

Not surprising, the toxic minority of the game have a real good method of getting at people and under their skin. Some players just need to be perma silenced, or to never be part of a community again with how they act and behave.
